This IS Chloe—at least 6 and a half years ago anyways. A lot of things have changed with her since she was first created; she changed her hairstyle, she started wearing purple, everyone's eyes changed to look more modernized... even her entire personality kept changing because we didn't know what to do with her for a long period of time! At the end of the day, we nailed everything down—and that's how the Chloe you know and love these days was born.

They blocked you because you were overstepping your boundaries with them and making them uncomfortable. They have every right to do that, it’s not against the terms of service of any website. I understand you are young and most likely unmonitored by your parents, but you still have a lot to learn about interacting with fellow human beings online. Note what I said - human beings. Us creators on NG are people too. We’re not gods or robots, we have feelings too and deserve to have them respected. Please take your blocking by that user as a learning experience. I will not block you, but I would like you to learn why the user you mention did and I hope you can change how you interact with others online going forward.
